Living Boldly: Acknowledging and Overcoming Fear

God's Word for Today Deuteronomy 12

June 15, 2011

God instructed that they should tear down the altars and pillars of the idolatry.

What about us here in Thailand?

The spirit houses are places of idolatry.

Now you can’t tear down your neighbor’s spirit house, but you can rid your own house and yard of anything that has to do with spirits and with Buddha.

Whenever we see a spirit house, we can be reminded to pray for the people in the main house that they would begin to believe in Jesus and then they would tear down that spirit house.

So we have to keep checking on our lives and making sure we are patterning our lives after Jesus Christ based on instructions from the Word of God, rather than copying our neighbors.
