Teaching Ministry – Mae Jaem
Mae Jaem district in located
close by Doi Inthanon, the highest mountain within Chiang Mai province.
There is no church yet and this area has never received a team. Yet, we
have contact with a teacher who is teaching in one of the government
schools. This teacher heard about YWAM teams and has invited us to come
and teach English to her students. In fact, the people here have very
little experience with outsiders and very little knowledge of God and
His love for them. Your team can go into the school and teach English,
evangelism, play games with the kids and spend time with them as well –
one of the easiest ways to demonstrate Gods love! |
