80. Local Thai Church – Laamplaymad

This particular church is located in Laamplaymad district and is located approximately 20 kilometers from Buriram province, in the NE of Thailand – also known as the Isaan Region. Pastor Somjit has been pastoring this church for almost a full year now and the church already has 50 members from surrounding villages! A few months ago an outreach team partnered with Pastor Somjit and they left such a great impression that the congregation and villagers are excited about having another team come soon! Pastor Somjit has many opportunities for outreach teams to engage in such as teaching English, evangelism at the local jail, community development projects, participating in the cell group and helping with the Sunday service! Pastor Somjit has also pioneered another church in a neighboring district about 30 kilometers away and they already have 30 new members!
