41. Local Thai Church -  Mae Jan

Mae Jan is a town that is situated approximately 40 kilometers from Chiang Rai, the second largest city in the North. Teams that go here will partner with Pastor Simung and Khao Dee (Good News) Church where the opportunities are endless for you and your team! Your team can be involved in prayer walking around the town of Mae Jan, as well as participate in the compassion ministry, run by the church, which reaches out to widows. You can also go into local schools and teach English, and also perform dramas, music or share your testimonies at school! The church also holds an English class from 5-6 pm, most nights, and your team will have the opportunity to fill the role of “visiting guest teacher”!
